Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products intended for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned :

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products


To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl disc that has been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or parts of which are missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your request.

If your request is approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If, after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact.protnswe@gmail.com.

Items for sale (if applicable)

Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale are not refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If, in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact.protnswe@gmail.com


Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.


If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you have returned the item.

You will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
